STAGING REALISM

[ ] Furniture does not block doors, closets, or circulation
[ ] Contact shadows are present and consistent
[ ] Reflections are physically plausible
[ ] The room use is understandable without overcrowding
[ ] No people, pets, logos, or text were invented

PUBLISHING
[ ] Original file is saved beside the staged file
[ ] File name clearly identifies the staged version
[ ] Virtually staged disclosure is attached to the image or caption
[ ] Current MLS, platform, brokerage, and local rules were checked
