The 7-Day AI Domination Challenge
Go from AI beginner to prompting pro in one week.
Your daily playbook with all the tools, templates, and resources you need to transform how you work.
How This Challenge Works
- One focused mission each day (15-30 minutes)
- Real results by day's end — not theory, actual outputs
- Cumulative skills — each day builds on the last
- All resources provided — no searching, no guessing
The Rule: AI drafts, you audit. Never send raw AI output.
Day 1: Setup & First Win
Mission: Get your AI tools configured and prove this works.
Time: 20 minutes
Step 1: Choose Your AI Tool (5 min)
Pick ONE to start (you can add more later):
| Tool |
Best For |
Cost |
| ChatGPT Plus |
Most versatile, voice mode, image generation |
$20/month |
| Claude Pro |
Better writing quality, longer context |
$20/month |
| Free tier (either) |
Testing before committing |
Free |
Your move: Download the desktop app for your choice.
Resource: Recommended AI Stack
Step 2: Set Up Your Keyboard Shortcut (3 min)
This eliminates copy-paste friction forever.
Mac:
- Open Settings in Claude/ChatGPT desktop app
- Set keyboard shortcut to
Cmd+Shift+Space
- Test it: close all apps, hit shortcut, watch AI appear
Windows:
- Use Raycast AI or ChatGPT app
- Set global hotkey in settings
Step 3: Create Your Starter Context Card (7 min)
This is the magic. Paste this at the START of every AI chat:
You are a [your specialty] real estate agent in [your market].
Write like a consultant - short sentences, no fluff.
Never use "walking distance," "stunning," or emojis.
Key areas: [Neighborhood 1], [Neighborhood 2], [Neighborhood 3].
Your move: Fill in YOUR details. Save to phone notes or desktop.
Resource: Context Card Template
Step 4: Send Your First AI-Drafted Email (5 min)
Prove the system works RIGHT NOW.
- Think of an email you need to send today
- Open AI with your new shortcut
- Paste your Context Card first
- Then type:
Write a brief email to [recipient] about [topic].
Key points: [list 2-3 things]
Keep it under 100 words.
- Edit the output (always)
- Send it
Notice how long that took. This is your new normal.
Day 1 Checklist
Day 2: Master the Perfect Prompt
Mission: Learn the formula that works every time.
Time: 20 minutes
The CRAFT Framework
Every good prompt has these five elements:
| # |
Element |
Question |
| 1 |
Context |
What does AI need to know? (Property facts, client details, market data) |
| 2 |
Role |
Who should AI be? (Luxury copywriter, buyer's agent, neighborhood expert) |
| 3 |
Audience |
Who reads this and where? (First-time buyer on Instagram, seller via email) |
| 4 |
Fences |
What are the guardrails? (Word count, tone, format, banned phrases) |
| 5 |
Task |
What specific action? (Draft, Summarize, Compare, Rewrite) |
The formula:
Act as a [ROLE].
Write a [CHANNEL] for [AUDIENCE] about [TOPIC].
Use these facts: [YOUR DATA]
Keep the tone [ADJECTIVE] and under [LENGTH].
Do not use [EXCLUSIONS].
Practice: Write a Listing Description
Use this exact prompt, filling in YOUR listing:
[Your Context Card]
Act as a real estate copywriter.
Write an MLS listing description for [buyer type]
about [address].
Use these facts:
- [beds/baths/sq ft]
- [built year, style]
- [3 best features]
- [price]
Keep the tone [warm/professional/casual] and 150 words max.
Do not use: "Welcome home," "boasts," "must-see," "stunning," "gem."
Your Move Today
- Write ONE listing description using this formula
- Write ONE client email using this formula
- Compare to your usual process

| Say This |
Get This |
| "Make it shorter" |

| "More [empathetic/professional/urgent]" |
Tone shift |
| "Remove phrases that sound like AI" |
De-robots output |
| "Critique your work. What's missing?" |
Self-audit |
Day 2 Checklist
Day 3: Capture Your Voice
Mission: Make AI outputs sound like YOU, not a robot.
Time: 25 minutes
The Style Match Technique
AI can analyze YOUR writing and mirror it — but you have to show it examples first.
Step 1: Find Your Best Emails (5 min)
Go to your Sent folder. Find 3 emails that sound EXACTLY like you. Look for:
- Emails you didn't overthink
- Natural, conversational tone
- The way you actually talk
Copy them. Remove client names.
Step 2: Run Style Match (10 min)
Paste this prompt into AI:
Analyze the writing style of these emails. Describe:
- Overall tone (formal? casual? direct?)
- Sentence structure (short? long? varied?)
- Any distinctive phrases or habits
- How the writer opens and closes
- What makes this voice unique
[Paste your 3 emails here]
Step 3: Save Your Voice Context (5 min)
AI will describe your voice. This is GOLD.
Example output:
"Direct, conversational tone. Short sentences averaging 8 words. Opens with context, not pleasantries. Closes with clear next steps. Uses rhetorical questions. Avoids corporate jargon."
Your move: Save this analysis. Add it to your Context Card under "VOICE."
Step 4: Test It (5 min)
Write something new using your upgraded Context Card:
[Context Card with Voice section]
Write an email to a first-time buyer explaining why their offer was rejected.
Tone: empathetic but direct.
Does it sound like you? If not, refine your Voice section.

Time: 25 minutes
AI Security Essentials
The threats have evolved. So must you.
1. Never Share These with AI
- Full Social Security numbers
- Bank account details
- Passwords or security codes
- Client financial documents
2. Watch for AI-Powered Fraud
Wire Fraud 2.0:
- Attackers can clone voices with 3 seconds of audio
- They can write perfect phishing emails in your voice
- ALWAYS verify wire instructions by phone using a number YOU look up
The Defense: Out-of-band verification. Confirm sensitive requests through a DIFFERENT channel than you received them.
Resource: Fraud Prevention Protocols
Fair Housing Compliance with AI
AI doesn't know Fair Housing law. You do.
Always remove from AI output:
- "Walking distance" (implies ability discrimination)
- Demographic descriptions of neighborhoods
- School quality claims without citations
- Anything suggesting who "should" live somewhere
Resource: Fair Housing AI Guide
Your 30-Day Plan
You've completed the challenge. Now sustain it:
Week 1-2: Focus on your #1 hate list item
Week 3-4: Add your #2 and #3
Month 2: Build complete listing and buyer workflows
Month 3: Train your team (if applicable)
