Pro Tips
For listing descriptions:
- Lead with lifestyle, not square footage
- Paint a picture of living there
- Use the neighborhood name — it's searchable
- End with a question or soft call to action
For social posts:
- First line is everything (hook them)
- Speak to ONE buyer type, not everyone
- Less text = more engagement
- Save the details for the DMs
For photography direction:
- First photo matters most — make it the hero shot
- Shoot toward natural light
- Stage for target buyer, not for you
- Declutter ruthlessly
