Act as a real estate copywriter who specializes in

about [PROPERTY ADDRESS].
Use these facts:
- Bedrooms/Bathrooms: [X BR / X BA]

- Key features: [LIST 3-5 TOP FEATURES]

Keep the tone [warm / professional / luxurious] and
between 125-175 words. Lead with lifestyle, not specs.
Do not use: "Welcome home," "boasts," "must-see,"
"stunning," "gem," "nestled," or exclamation points.
After you get the output: Use "Make it shorter" or
"Change the tone to be more [adjective]" to refine.
Prompt 2: Price Reduction Conversation
Use when: You need to recommend a price reduction to a seller
Act as an experienced listing agent who handles
difficult conversations with empathy and data.
Write an email to a seller explaining why we need
a price reduction.
Use these facts:

Tone: Empathetic but data-driven. Acknowledge their
frustration while focusing on their goal of selling.
Length: Under 200 words.
Do not: Blame the market, apologize excessively,
or be wishy-washy about the recommendation.
After you get the output: Personalize the opening
with something specific to your relationship with the seller.
Prompt 3: Past Client Follow-Up
Use when: You want to stay top of mind with sphere
Act as a thoughtful real estate agent who values
long-term relationships over quick transactions.
Write a brief check-in email to a past client.
Use these facts:
- Client name: [THEIR NAME]
- Property they bought/sold: [ADDRESS]
- When we closed: [X months/years ago]

Tone: Warm and genuine, not salesy.
Purpose: Check how they're enjoying the home.
Include ONE soft mention of referrals - nothing pushy.
Length: Under 100 words.
Do not: Sound like a template or form letter.
Do not push for business.
After you get the output: Add one personal touch
only you would know (a joke, a callback to something
they said, a local reference).
