5 Quick Wins
Do these TODAY — total time: 30 minutes
These five actions will give you immediate results and build the foundation for everything else.
Win #1: Create Your Context Card (10 min)
Why: Every AI output will sound more like you and less like a robot.
Do this now:
- Open Context Card Template
- Fill in each section with YOUR details
- Save it to your phone notes or a desktop file
- Paste it at the START of every AI chat from now on
Minimum viable version:
You are a real estate agent in [your city]. Write like a consultant, not a salesperson.
Short sentences. No fluff. Never use "walking distance," "stunning," or emojis.
Key areas: [list 2-3 neighborhoods you know best].
Win #2: Run Style Match on 3 Emails (8 min)
Why: AI will capture your actual voice instead of you trying to describe it.
Do this now:
- Find 3 emails you've sent that sound exactly like YOU
- Remove client names
- Paste them into ChatGPT or Claude with this prompt:
Analyze the writing style of these emails. Describe:
- Overall tone (formal? casual? direct?)
- Sentence structure (short? long? varied?)
- Any distinctive phrases or habits
- How the writer opens and closes
[Paste your 3 emails here]
- Save AI's analysis — this is your "Voice Context"
- Add it to your Context Card under Voice/Tone
Win #3: Set Up a Keyboard Shortcut (5 min)
Why: Eliminates copy-paste friction. Access AI in 2 keystrokes from anywhere.
Do this now:
Mac:
- Download Claude desktop app or ChatGPT desktop
- Go to Settings → Keyboard Shortcut
- Set to Cmd+Shift+Space (or your preference)
Windows:
- Use Raycast AI or the ChatGPT app
- Set a global hotkey in settings
Test it: Close all apps. Hit your shortcut. It should open instantly.
Win #4: Draft One Email With AI (5 min)
Why: Proves the system works. Shows you real time savings.
Do this now:
- Think of an email you need to send today
- Paste your Context Card first
- Use this prompt:
[Your Context Card]
Write a brief email to [recipient] about [topic].
Key points to cover: [list 2-3 things]
Tone: [professional/casual/empathetic]
Length: Under 100 words.
- Edit the output (never send raw AI text)
- Send it
Notice: How long did that take? Compare to your usual email time.
Win #5: Identify Your "Hate List" Task (2 min)
Why: This becomes your first AI pilot project.
Do this now:
Answer: "What task do I hate doing that eats up my time every week?"
Common answers:
- Writing listing descriptions
- Social media posts
- Client update emails
- CRM data entry
- Follow-up sequences
- Showing feedback summaries
Write it down. This is your Week 1 focus in the 30-Day Plan.
What You Now Have
After 30 minutes:
What's Next
Tomorrow: Follow Day 1 of the 30-Day Implementation Plan
This week: Create prompts for your "Hate List" task using the Prompts Library
Ongoing: Paste your Context Card at the start of EVERY AI chat
The One Rule
AI drafts, you audit.
Never send AI output without reading it first. You're the expert. AI is your assistant.
