The OODA Loop for AI is a 4-step verification framework—Observe, Orient, Decide, Act—adapted from military strategy to systematically catch AI errors before they reach clients.
The original OODA Loop was developed by military strategist John Boyd for fighter pilots. It describes the decision cycle: Observe the environment, Orient yourself within it, Decide on action, Act. The pilot who completes this loop faster gains advantage.
For AI use, we adapt this framework for verification. AI outputs information rapidly, but that speed is dangerous without systematic review. The OODA Loop creates a mental checkpoint—a habit of verification that becomes automatic with practice.

DECIDE
Commute claim is critical (verifiable, affects buyer decisions). School claim needs verification before publishing.
ACT
Change "5 minutes" to "convenient access to downtown." Verify school ratings on GreatSchools before keeping that claim.
