About

An education company for the people doing the work.

AI Acceleration is an education company that teaches people to use AI well. Not another tool subscription. Not a hype channel. Training with homework, correction, and graduation criteria, taught by someone who does the work. It began by teaching real estate professionals and now teaches five fields, all on the same method: real estate, marketing, live events, family, and esports.

Why this exists

What is AI Acceleration for?

Most people use AI like a search engine, asking one-off questions and getting generic answers back. The work that creates a lasting advantage is building the systems underneath, and almost no one is taught how. That is the gap this company closes. The goal is not to be your forever teacher. It is to teach you to use AI well, build your confidence, and push you out of the nest as fast as possible.

The founder

Who teaches it?

Ryan Wanner is the founder of AI Acceleration, an AI training company based in Tennessee. He is a real estate technologist and AI systems instructor, not an agent, and he works in the space between what is technically possible and what is actually useful on a Tuesday.

He is an approved Tennessee continuing-education instructor with three approved courses, and he has spent more than twelve years in operations as principal and director of operations at Liberty Gate MHC. He has owned 400 units across his career and operates 350 or more today. The agents and teams he works with have collectively closed more than $100M in sales, and he has raised over $7M in capital for his company and clients.

His technical grounding is real: certifications in deep learning and neural networks, multi-agent systems with CrewAI, and practical multi-AI agent architectures with tool use and memory, plus Google professional certifications in progress. Recent in-person teaching includes a one-hour AI 101 and a three-hour Vibe Coding deep-dive for WCAR in Franklin, and two classes for Compass Lakeside in Hendersonville.

His client work spans Victoria Anest Realty at Compass Nashville, Chelsea Realty 615, CLAS Wellness and CLAS Therapy, The Hideout Golf Club, and Music City Energy Spa. The teaching itself draws on years of coaching adults in high-fidelity settings, from CrossFit and Olympic lifting to complex AI systems, breaking technical ideas into simple, progressive cues you can use right away.

The arc

What does working with AIA look like?

Week 1

The mental model shifts

You learn why AI outputs fail and move from magic-box thinking to systems you can predict and control.

Week 2 to 3

Your systems come online

The repeatable work starts running on context you built once, so the same brief produces on-voice output every time.

Week 4 and on

You focus on the revenue work

The admin is handled and the drafting runs in the background, so your hours go back to the work only you can do.

The method

How is it taught?

The same frameworks show up in every room we teach. The 5 Essentials give every prompt its five bases. Context Cards brief AI on your voice the way you would brief a new hire. The 80/20 Rule keeps the judgment, nuance, and facts in your hands while AI does the drafting.

Questions

Common questions

+Do I need technical experience to use AI?

No. The training is built for professionals with zero coding experience. If you can write an email, you can use AI well once you are taught the method.

+Which AI tools do you recommend?

We teach Tool Minimalism, a lean stack without subscription bloat. Core recommendations are ChatGPT or Claude for content, plus a small set of automation tools that fit the systems you already run.

+How quickly will I see results?

Most people save time as soon as their first context assets are built. The method front-loads the setup so the payoff shows up in the first few weeks rather than months later.

+Does this work for teams, not just individuals?

Yes. The programs scale from one person to a whole organization, with train-the-trainer methodology for rolling AI adoption across a team.

+What about AI security and fraud?

Counter-Intelligence training covers defense against AI-powered fraud, including voice cloning, deepfakes, and document tampering. Protection is part of the education, not a separate upsell.
