The founder
The team behind AI Acceleration
Ryan Wanner is the founder and lead instructor of AI Acceleration. He's a real estate technologist and AI systems instructor, not an agent. He works in the space between what's technically possible and what's actually useful on a Tuesday.
He spent a decade in manufactured-housing operations, building the systems behind tenant onboarding, maintenance, owner reporting, and acquisitions. When AI got good enough to carry that kind of work, he watched most people use it as a search box. AI Acceleration exists to close that gap: teach people to build the systems underneath, then push them out of the nest.

- Completed AI continuing education through DeepLearning.AI, including multi-agent systems, and trains through Google Cloud AI programs.

The method
How is it taught?
Context Cards brief AI on your voice the way you'd brief a new hire. Every draft gets checked against what you actually know. And the 80/20 split keeps the judgment, nuance, and facts in your hands while AI does the drafting.

+Do I need technical experience to use AI?
No. The training is built for professionals with zero coding experience. If you can write an email, you can use AI well once you're taught the method.
+Which AI tools do you recommend?
A lean stack without subscription bloat. ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini does the work, plus a small set of automation tools that fit the systems you already run.
+Does this work for teams, not just individuals?
Yes. The programs scale from one person to a whole organization, with train-the-trainer methodology for rolling AI adoption across a team.
+Is Ryan a real estate agent?
No. Ryan is a real estate technologist and AI systems instructor, not an agent. He teaches agents. He doesn't compete with them for listings.
+What about AI security and fraud?
Counter-Intelligence training covers defense against AI-powered fraud, including voice cloning, deepfakes, and document tampering. Protection is part of the education, not a separate upsell.
