Privacy Policy

What we collect

AI Acceleration collects the information needed to run the site, student portal, paid programs, email, analytics, support, and billing. That includes information you submit directly, account and portal activity, purchase records, email engagement, and normal browser or device analytics.

• Contact and account details, such as name, email, phone, brokerage, role, and support messages.
• Student portal activity, including Context Cards, Context Kit progress, generated deliverables, prompts used, and completion status.
• Payment and fulfillment records from Stripe, including purchase amount, product, status, refund status, and Stripe identifiers. Stripe stores card details, not AI Acceleration.
• Email delivery data from Resend or other sending tools, including sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, complaints, and suppression status.
• Analytics and advertising events from tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, where enabled.
• Orange brokerage campaign inquiries, including the brokerage, role, team size, requested offer, timing, message, and an opaque label-attribution code. These records are stored in a private, site-scoped Netlify Blobs store.
• Free content-sample requests, including agent and brokerage details, supplied property facts, channel preferences, disclosure wording, consent confirmations, and the listing photos, logo, or headshot the submitter chooses to upload. Large originals are converted in the submitter's browser to upload-safe image derivatives. The records and either the selected files or those derivatives are stored in a private, site-scoped Netlify Blobs store and are not exposed through public asset links.

How we use it

• Provide access to the student portal, Context Kit, workshops, and paid programs.
• Send transactional emails such as access links, receipts, support replies, and program progress messages.
• Send marketing emails only where allowed, with unsubscribe controls.
• Privately process submitted sample-request material, including with AI tools, to prepare the review-only graphics, video, and captions the submitter requested. A sample submission does not automatically add the submitter to marketing email.
• Improve lessons, product flows, checkout, support, site performance, and attribution.
• Maintain fraud prevention, payment, refund, tax, legal, and compliance records.

Who handles data for us

We use a small vendor stack to operate the business: Clerk for login, Convex for app data, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Netlify for hosting and private campaign intake storage, and analytics or advertising platforms where enabled. We do not sell customer data.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the email.
• Ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of account data tied to your email.
• Ask us to stop marketing to you.
• Ask a privacy question by emailing support.

Privacy requests should go to support@aiacceleration.ai. We may need to verify that the request is coming from the account owner.

Retention

We keep account and program records while your account is active, payment and tax records as long as legally required, and email suppression records so unsubscribe and complaint preferences remain honored.

Orange brokerage campaign intake records are retained for up to 180 days, unless an active conversation or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Free content-sample forms and uploads are retained for up to 90 days. We may keep them longer when an active sample conversation is still underway or a legal requirement applies. Submitters may request deletion sooner, subject to verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
