For Associations & Organizations
CE-Eligible AI Training for Your Organization
Bring AI training to your association, brokerage, or organization. Ryan Wanner is an approved Tennessee CE instructor with 3 approved AI-focused courses. When delivered through qualifying organizations, these courses are eligible for continuing education credit.
How CE-Eligible AI Training Works
CE credits require training to be delivered through a publicly accessible forum. When associations, real estate boards, or qualifying organizations host AI Acceleration courses, attendees can earn continuing education credit through the hosting organization.
Ryan has delivered in-person training at the Williamson County Association of REALTORS (WCAR) — a 1-hour AI 101 class and a 3-hour Vibe Coding deep-dive — plus two classes (each over an hour) at Compass Lakeside in Hendersonville, TN. Class highlights post to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Next session: a Build-Along at WCAR on April 22nd, 1:00–3:00 PM — building real solutions to real problems, live. The format is hands-on and practical. Attendees work with AI tools during the session and leave with functioning systems they can use immediately.

Available CE Courses
Each course is designed to give agents practical AI skills they can apply immediately. These are not theory lectures. Attendees work with AI tools during the session and leave with functioning systems.
Course 1: AI Foundations for Real Estate
The entry point for agents new to AI. Covers how AI works (the Logic Mindset), why most prompts produce generic output, and how to use the 5 Essentials framework to get usable results on the first attempt. Includes hands-on exercises with listing descriptions, lead responses, and social media content.
- -- How AI processes your requests (prediction vs. retrieval)
- -- The 5 Essentials prompt framework
- -- Hands-on listing description generation
- -- AI security awareness and fraud prevention basics
Course 2: Context Engineering for Real Estate
The advanced course that transforms how agents use AI. Context Engineering is the practice of pre-loading AI with your voice, brand, market expertise, and objections so outputs are 95% usable without editing. Attendees build their own Context Cards during the session.
- -- Building reusable Context Cards (4 layers)
- -- Voice matching and brand DNA loading
- -- Local market context and neighborhood knowledge
- -- The OODA Loop for AI output verification
Course 3: AI Systems and Automation for Real Estate
For agents ready to build permanent AI workflows. Covers tool selection (the "Tiny Stack" approach), system architecture for lead response, listing marketing, and client communication, and AI security including defense against voice cloning, deepfakes, and phishing.
- -- Tool Minimalism and the Tiny Stack
- -- Building permanent AI workflows
- -- Job Audit: identifying tasks AI should handle
- -- Counter-intelligence: AI security and fraud defense
Why Associations Are Choosing AI for CE Training
Traditional CE
- -- Generic compliance refreshers
- -- Information agents already know
- -- No immediate business impact
- -- Low member engagement and attendance
AI CE Training
- -- Practical skills agents use daily
- -- Agents leave with working AI systems
- -- High member interest and attendance
- -- Positions your organization as forward-thinking
97% of brokerage leaders report their agents use AI. Your members are already experimenting with AI tools. The question is whether they learn to use them well through structured training, or keep producing generic output through trial and error. CE-eligible AI training gives your organization a way to deliver the education your members actually want.
