Ryan Wanner is the founder of AI Acceleration, a Real Estate Technologist and AI Systems Instructor based in Nashville, Tennessee. He is not a motivational speaker or a social media influencer teaching AI from slides he found online.
Ryan brings 12+ years of operational real estate experience as Principal and Director of Operations at Liberty Gate MHC (350+ units). He is an approved Tennessee CE instructor with 3 approved courses. His clients include Nashville-area firms like Victoria Anest Realty (Compass Nashville) and Chelsea Realty 615, and he works with agents and teams who've collectively closed $100M+ in sales.
His technical certifications include Deep Learning AI, Multi-Agent Systems with CrewAI, and Practical Multi-AI Agents. He translates complex AI concepts into the simple, progressive cues that real estate professionals can immediately apply.

Are the workshops live or virtual? +
All workshops are live and in-person. Ryan travels to teach at your brokerage, office, or conference venue. Hands-on instruction with real-time practice, not webinars or pre-recorded content.
How many people can attend each workshop? +
Each program is limited to 5 spots per batch. Once all 5 have sold, we pause sales to ensure we take the best care of who we are serving. New spots open when we have capacity. This small group size ensures every attendee gets direct interaction with Ryan and hands-on assistance during exercises.
What is the difference between The Architect and The Empire? +
The Architect ($2,997) is a 3-hour foundational workshop covering AI fundamentals, the Logic Mindset, Context Loading, and the 5 Essentials. The Empire ($4,997) is a 6-hour advanced workshop that includes all Architect content plus Strength Amplification, Job Audit, Tool Minimalism, and System Architecture. The Empire is for agents ready to build complete AI systems.
Can I host a workshop at my brokerage? +
Yes. Ryan travels to teach at brokerages, team offices, and conference venues across the country. Email ryan@aiacceleration.ai to discuss scheduling a workshop at your location.
Do the workshops count toward CE credits? +
For Tennessee agents, yes. Ryan is an approved Tennessee CE instructor with 3 approved courses. See the Tennessee CE credits page for details. Agents in other states should check with their state real estate commission.
Do I need technical experience to attend? +
No. Workshops are designed for real estate professionals with zero coding experience. If you can write an email, you can learn to use AI effectively. Bring a laptop with ChatGPT or Claude access.
What should I bring to the workshop? +
A laptop with internet access and a ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription ($20/month). If you have active listings, bring the property details. Ryan will help you build working AI systems using your actual business data during the session.
