Connector reference

Every tool your AI can use, in plain words.

When your AI wants to use the AI Acceleration connector, it asks permission by the tool's name. This page lists every tool by that name, says what it reads or saves, and says what the connector never does.

Limits

What the connector never does

It never

  • Publish, post, or send anything for you
  • Contact anyone
  • Take payment or open a checkout
  • Edit, delete, or create Context Cards on its own. Cards change only when you save a review.
  • Approve facts or assets on its own. You approve them.
  • Take your chat transcript. Tools accept only what you select or type.
  • Browse the web

Your data

Where your information goes

  • Every request is checked. The connector verifies your sign-in, then confirms what you shared before returning anything.
  • Onboarding answers, sources, and drafts save to your account. A session with no confirmed facts is erased 30 days after its last change. You can delete a session in the portal.
  • One tool sends data to another company: Understand my selected business information sends the sources you selected to OpenAI. It runs only after you turn on AI processing in the portal.
  • Anything your AI receives is handled by that AI's provider under its own terms.

The privacy policy covers what we store and how to delete it.

Troubleshooting

My AI can't find my cards.

Open Context Cards → Connect your AI in the portal, tick the cards for that AI, and save access. Your AI sees only what's ticked.

A tool says access was refused.

Access ends when you disconnect that AI in the portal. To reconnect, save access in the portal and sign in again with your portal account.

The onboarding tools don't show up.

Onboarding access is granted separately in the portal, session by session. Grant it for the session you want, then refresh your AI's tool list.

Claude shows old tool names or misses a tool.

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, choose AI Acceleration, and select Refresh tools list from its menu.
