Agreement

These terms apply when you use AI Acceleration websites, student portal, emails, workshops, free materials, Context Kit, Listing Machine, or other paid programs. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a program.

Use of materials

• You may use AI Acceleration prompts, templates, lessons, and generated deliverables for your own business or team.
• You may not resell, republish, scrape, clone, or package our materials into a competing course, product, database, model, or paid newsletter.
• You are responsible for your own accounts with third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Stripe, Meta, Google, MLS systems, CRMs, or email platforms.

Refunds

Context Kit is refundable for 48 hours after purchase. After that window closes, digital access and kit materials have been delivered and the purchase is not refundable.

Other programs follow the written refund terms on the page or agreement where the purchase was made. Refund questions go to support@aiacceleration.ai.

Education, not professional advice

AI Acceleration provides AI education, workflow training, and context assets. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, brokerage, MLS, advertising, mortgage, Fair Housing, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated work before using it with clients, prospects, listings, public content, or vendors.

Real estate and advertising responsibility

• Follow your brokerage rules, MLS rules, TREC rules where applicable, Fair Housing requirements, platform policies, and local, state, and federal law.
• Do not publish AI-generated claims, market statistics, listing copy, endorsements, testimonials, or ads unless you can verify them.
• Outcomes vary. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, closings, views, rankings, engagement, or specific business results.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Acceleration is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages. For paid products, total liability is limited to the amount you paid AI Acceleration for the product connected to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Tennessee law. Venue for disputes is in the state or federal courts serving Tennessee unless consumer law requires otherwise.
