Beta · 5 customers · One time
You already recorded it. The factory turns it into the videos.
Content Factory turns your own source material, such as a class recording or a voice memo, into finished, rendered video with captions and the text that ships with it, inside your own environment. It delivers finished files, not an edit plan.
Content Factory is $497, one time, at beta pricing. Beta pricing is limited to 5 customers in total across both options. The checkout enforces it and closes after the fifth purchase.
How it runs
Three acts. You touch it twice.
Once to drop a recording in. Once to say yes, fix this, or no. Everything between those two moments is the factory’s job, and it isn’t allowed to call a step done until the files are really there.
Act 1 · Ideate
- Pulls what you dropped in your Capture folder
- Transcribes it with timestamps
- Logs every file and whether you own it
- Pulls out the ideas, each tied to the second you said it
- Writes 3 hooks and 2 calls to action per idea
Act 2 · Produce
- Cuts and renders every block once
- Recombines them without rendering again
- Masters each one for the channel's shape
- Runs 12 quality gates — a gate that didn't run is a fail
- Puts finished files in your approval folder
Act 3 · Optional distribution
- Schedules only what you approved
- Connects your own Post Bridge account if you choose scheduling
- Re-reads every scheduled post to prove it's real
- Reads what happened after 3 weeks
- Tells you what to double down on and what to kill
Why one recording goes so far
Render once. Recombine for free.
Each hook, body and call to action renders once and is recombined without rendering again. Five ideas with three hooks and two calls to action each assemble into thirty videos, and mastering those for two aspect ratios produces sixty files. How many ideas a recording holds depends on the recording.
Finished work waits in a Google Drive folder for your decision. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

What you need. None of it is included.
Content Factory uses a desktop AI agent with browser, file and command-execution tools on your computer, plus a Google account with Drive. The agent handles setup with your sign-in and permissions. Post Bridge for scheduling and public website hosting are optional; their subscriptions and any paid tool licenses are separate.
Optional scheduling: Sign up for Post Bridge (affiliate link; subscription paid separately).
That first one matters. This runs where your AI agent can run commands and write files on your computer. A chat window with a Drive connector can’t render video, so it can’t run the factory. The installer checks your machine first and tells you exactly what’s missing.
The offer
One checkout. Two ways to start.
Beta pricing is limited to 5 customers in total across both options. The checkout enforces it and closes after the fifth purchase.
Add the installation at checkout if you want Ryan to perform or oversee setup. The installation uses the Google Drive kit and standard prompt.
