Not a list. One job in your business that is still being done by hand, or not at all, because nobody has had an hour to sit with it.

We build it in the hour
Together, on a screen, with your real data and your real constraints. In person if you are near Nashville, Google Meet if you are not, async if that is the week you are having.

You leave with it running
The files, the prompts, and written instructions. You can change it without me, which is the whole point.

Twelve months is twelve systems. Most people do not need twelve — they need the first three and the confidence to build the fourth themselves.
What you keep
It is yours when you leave the call.
Each month builds one working system for the client's business. The system is built with the client during the session, and the client keeps the files, prompts, and written instructions needed to run it and change it themselves.
One live one-hour meeting with Ryan Wanner each month, held in person, over Google Meet, or handled through async communication.
If it is not working
I keep working until it works.
If the work is not producing something the client can actually use, Ryan Wanner keeps working on it at no additional charge until it does. This is a commitment of continued work. It is not a refund and it is not a promise of a specific business result.
The offer
$724 per month.
$724 per month is a founding rate for a group of ten. Ryan Wanner closes the founding rate by hand when that group is full, and the rate then becomes $1,097 per month.
Anyone who has been in an AI Acceleration class can have the founding rate, however many people that is, and a client already on the founding rate can pass that rate to a person they refer.
A client on AI Acceleration: Build takes $100 per month off their own rate for each active referral, for as long as that referral stays active, and the person they refer can take the founding rate.

Which one
Build, or coaching?
Same hour on the calendar either way. The difference is the size of the problem you hand me.
Build is right when you know roughly what you want and you want it to exist. You bring one job, we build it in the hour, you leave with it running. The hour is the whole engagement — nothing is owed between sessions, by you or by me.
Coaching is right when the problem is bigger than any one system — when what you actually need is to name the constraint holding the whole business and work it down over months. There the systems are a by-product, and the work mostly happens between the hours: a custom onboarding that finds the constraint, a written implementation plan we work against, action items every week on both sides, and your model plan paid for.
AI Acceleration: Build does not include a paid model subscription. The included Max subscription belongs to AI Acceleration Coaching.
