Refund Policy

Context Kit

Context Kit is refundable for 48 hours after purchase. After that window closes, digital access and kit materials have been delivered and the purchase is not refundable.

• The 48-hour window starts at the Stripe purchase time.
• A refund request must be sent from the checkout email or include enough information for us to verify the buyer.
• When a full refund is processed, Context Kit paid access may be revoked.
• Chargebacks, disputes, duplicate purchases, and payment mismatches may require manual review.

How to request a refund

Email support@aiacceleration.ai with the subject line "Context Kit refund" and include the purchase email, buyer name, and purchase date.

Other products

Workshops, Listing Machine, brokerage programs, and custom services may have separate written terms. If a product has its own agreement, checkout page, or signed scope, that product-specific refund policy controls.

Support standard

We answer support and refund requests within 2 business days. Payment processors and banks can take longer to return funds after a refund is approved.
