Each reserved consultation includes its written plan, relevant prompts, next action and a way to check the work. If any of those promised materials are missing at the end of the day, Ryan will complete them within two business days at no additional charge. The broker identifies the missing materials during the handoff or by the following business day. This covers the promised written materials; it does not guarantee closings, revenue, time saved or completion of a separately scoped implementation.

+How much individual time is available?
The standard 90-minute class leaves eight half-hour consultation slots. An agent can reserve two adjoining slots for an hour, subject to availability. A two-hour class leaves seven half-hour slots.
+What does our office need to provide?
The office provides a coordinator, suitable room, screen, Wi-Fi and lunch. Participants bring a laptop, account access and an appropriate work example. Agents can attend the class and their appointment without staying all day.
+What should we agree before starting?
Agree dates, travel, room capacity, payment and cancellation terms before acceptance. Accepted written prices are honored. The day excludes software subscriptions, unlimited support and CE credit. Complex implementation needs separate scope; completing a build or increasing closings is not promised.
